Emerging Vision and Spatial Framework

Before the final masterplan was published, HemingwayDesign and NEW masterplanning worked with Test Valley Borough Council to prepare a Vision and Spatial Framework for Andover town centre. From July 2019, meetings and workshops were held with a range of businesses, residents’ groups, students and other stakeholders. A public survey received nearly 3,000 responses and we held events at Andover Carnival and Four Fun Fridays.

An exhibition was held in December 2019 at 4 Bridge Street and we presented our first findings on the key issues facing Andover town centre and outlined a possible new approach to revitalising the town centre.
